#471: Make sure you confess this at confession. The priest will be masturbating or he’ll ask you out….

#697: There’s nothing wrong with masturbation, it’s sex with someone I love.

#868: I share your pain my friend. Sexual temptation can be the strongest opponent to joy we have in this life. The first comments to your statement provide the common human response. People do not understand, or at least do not realize, the weight that sexual addiction adds to each person’s life.

Do you want a way out? If you really want a way out then you must fight, it must be something you do not simply think about, or wonder, or consider, you must battle. And in fighting confess to real friends, confess to real people, ask them to be your brother, to carry the burden with you. And most of all, pray. Seek after Him who is supreme. And recall the thorns, the nails you are placing, you are crushing into our Lord each time you sin again.

Masturbation is not a joke; it’s not a ‘simple thing.’ Each of you naysayers who are preparing to mock my comment, please consider the addiction you yourself are under. Consider the amount of times you find yourself obsessed with thoughts of sex, consider the throne it has taken.

I pray that each of you would find the joy after which we are all seeking, I pray you find it in Christ. And to the poster, I pray you remember the sacrifice, and that you recall the joy, and that you break free of your bondage.

#2960: The "way out" of sexual temptation is… masturbation! I don’t get what’s wrong with it to Christians! It’s natural and it’s healthy.

It’s natural to feel those sins and it’s healthy to feel them. BUT IT IS NOT healthy to ACT on those sins!

This is what the correct christian response is, you stupid piece of shit christians and conservative shitheads!
